This policy explains how IttiShruti Studio packs and delivers your artwork.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver across India. For delivery outside India, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping charges
- The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Our standard charge is ₹0 per order.
- Orders above ₹25,000 are shipped free within India.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Ready artworks are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days of your order being confirmed.
- Delivery usually takes 5–9 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Custom pieces are dispatched when they are complete; we agree the timeline with you before work begins.
These times are estimates. Delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, holidays or other events beyond our control; we will keep you informed.
Packing
Paintings and sculptures are packed with protective wrapping and rigid packaging suited to each piece, to keep them safe in transit.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking details by email. You can also see your order's status in your account.
At delivery
Please check the package when it arrives. If the outer packaging looks damaged, note it with the courier if you can and photograph it before opening. If the artwork itself is damaged, follow the steps in our cancellation and refund policy.
